A few of the things we sell, turning slowly.
How we sell
Access is explicit. Each product is labelled with its access method — licence key, redeem code, activation on your own account, download, web access, a service we perform, or a purchase on the vendor’s own site — plus its term and delivery window.
Prices are not theatre. A struck-through price is the product’s regular list price; bundle savings compare against buying the items separately. We don’t use countdown timers or stock warnings.
Partner products are labelled. Where we link to a vendor instead of selling directly, the product says so, and that we may earn a referral commission.
Reviews are earned. Reviews can only come from verified orders and are moderated before publishing. A product with no reviews says so.
Refunds & warranty
Warranty terms are stated on each product page under “Warranty & support”. In general:
- Licence keys and codes that fail to activate are replaced or refunded.
- Toolsshark-made templates, assets and courses carry a 7- or 14-day refund window, stated on the product.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before delivery.
- Services include the follow-up support described on the product.
